Provide expertise in well modelling and nodal analysis to support field development projects.Perform the selection, design and sizing of artificial lift systems, primarily ESP, SRP and gas lift, for new and existing oil, gas and geothermal wells, and optimize existing production systems.Perform well screening for production optimization opportunities, including well workovers, well stimulation, hydraulic fracturing and artificial lift optimization.Plan, design and supervise the planning and optimization of naturally flowing and artificially lifted wells.Provide quality assurance and technical support to operated and non-operated asset teams and promote company-level best practices and lessons learned.Prepare production technology inputs for new drillings and well intervention proposals, including well modelling, engineering calculations and completion recommendations.Resolve routine production issues, define solutions to increase or restart production, optimize operations and reduce operating costs.Support geothermal, CCS and other non-hydrocarbon projects through well modelling and production technology expertise.Identify, evaluate and pilot emerging production technologies, including AI-driven applications for well modelling, production optimization, surveillance and decision support Holds a university degree in petroleum engineering or a related discipline.Has a minimum of 8 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience.Has strong written and verbal English communication skills.Is proactive, solution-oriented and actively pursues improvement opportunities.Experience in completion engineering is considered an advantage.
