Understand business needs and translate them into well-structured business, data and reporting requirementsWork with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, priorities, KPIs and acceptance criteriaAnalyze business processes, data flows and datasets to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-makingAct as the bridge between business users, product owners, data engineers, BI developers and other technical teamsGenerate insights that drive decision-making across markets and teamsSupport the design of reports, dashboards and analytical solutions by defining key metrics, business rules and visualization requirementsCoordinate business validation and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet agreed requirementsPromote data literacy and support data-driven decision-making across the organizationMaintain clear documentation of requirements, processes and business definitionsSupport data governance, quality and adoption of data products across the organization EducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus) Experience3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, business consulting, or similar client-facing roleExperience working with modern data platforms and technologies (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka) is an advantageFamiliarity with consumer services, retail, or similar domainsExperience in agile or scrum environments is a plus SkillsStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)Business acumen and personal leadershipAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Power BI or similar data visualization toolsUnderstanding of data modeling, data governance and system integration conceptsKnowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts is an advantage Soft SkillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to see the big pictureClear communicator with a collaborative spiritCurious and proactive, with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working independently and managing multiple tasksOpen to working across cultures and countriesEager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative team.Collaborate across the CEE region on impactful projects reaching millions of customers.Opportunities for professional growth and cross-industry experience.Access to Medicare health insurance, annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Regular team outings and MOL family events.A workplace that values inclusion, creativity, and your unique perspective.
