Make an impact Lead Regional Statutory Accounting Excellence   We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Key Accounting to lead a regional accounting organization and ensure high-quality statutory accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit execution across multiple legal entities.In this role, you will lead a team of Key Accounting Managers and their teams, driving accounting excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the region.     Statutory Accounting, Audit & ComplianceOversee statutory financial statements, annual accounts, disclosures, and regulatory filings across multiple entities.Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS requirements, and Group Accounting policies.Lead statutory audits and serve as the escalation point for complex accounting, audit, and compliance matters.Drive consistency and best practices in statutory accounting and reporting processes. Leadership & Operational ExcellenceLead and develop a team of Key Accounting Managers and their teams.Provide technical and professional guidance on complex accounting topics.Ensure high-quality month-end close and Group reporting across all entities within scope.Monitor quality, compliance, performance, and service delivery across the region.Own regional capacity planning and optimize resource allocation. Transformation & ImprovementDrive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.Lead process improvement projects and support finance transformation programs.Strengthen internal controls and accounting governance frameworks.  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Extensive experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting, and audit management.Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.Proven leadership experience in an international or shared services environment.Track record of managing multiple entities, countries, or complex accounting operations.Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities. Lead a regional Key Accounting team supporting multiple countries and entities.Play a key role in statutory compliance, audit excellence, and financial reporting quality.Drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with senior finance stakeholders in an international environment.Take ownership of transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.  If you are passionate about statutory accounting, people leadership, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
