Make an impact Statutory Reporting, Audit & TaxPrepare financial statements and statutory reporting packages.Maintain statutory ledgers and prepare local GAAP adjustments.Support audits and act as contact person for assigned audit topics.Prepare tax-related calculations and support tax audits.Monitor regulatory and taxation changes affecting your area of responsibility. End-to-End Accounting & ReportingExecute month-end closing activities in accordance with Group reporting deadlines.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.Contribute to Group reporting packages and Balance Sheet reviews.Collaborate closely with FINOPS teams to ensure timely completion of closing activities. Process Improvement & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Group policies, IFRS requirements, and local regulations.Follow and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation.Participate in automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.  What you need to succeed Professional Background4-10 years of accounting experience Accounting or Financial Reporting preferably in an international or shared service environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP requirements, and IFRS standards.Experience with statutory reporting, audits, and financial close processes.Understanding of taxation processes and financial compliance requirementsExperience working with ERP systems preferable SAP.Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Language SkillsGerman: fluent (written and spoken)English: strong business communication skills Personal CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong prioritization and deadline management capabilities.
