MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDocumentation & Project CoordinationCreate, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation including functional specifications, operational guides, test scripts, and data dictionariesEnsure document version control, consistency, and proper archival management while coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholdersTrack project progress, issues and changes, and provide clear status reporting to leadershipCoordinate demand governance activities and provide analysis to support prioritization and resource planning decisions.Business Requirements & Design SupportManage and document requirement gathering sessions by analyzing, collecting, and synthesizing stakeholder inputs and process flowsConduct gap analysis initiatives by systematically compiling findings and providing actionable insights to drive solution designTesting (SIT & UAT)Develop and coordinate comprehensive test cases and scenarios covering functional requirements, integration points, and business processes with appropriate risk-based prioritizationExecute test protocols, document results, identify defects, and coordinate resolution activities with technical teamsGuide UAT participants through testing processes, clarifying procedures and expected outcomes to ensure successful user acceptanceDeployment & Change SupportCreate training materials and user guides to support system rollouts and process changesOwn and execute change management communication strategies and lead user feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement initiativesUser & Operational SupportDeliver first-line functional support during hypercare periods, documenting user issues and providing timely resolutionsManage and implement knowledge transfer to operational teams, ensuring sustainable long-term support capabilities PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE3–5 years’ experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Data/Analytics, or system support roles.Exposure to system implementation and/or enhancement projects is beneficial.Experience in preparing structured documentation, training materials, system and/or operation specifications preferred.Some experience with testing or UAT activities is advantageous.Basic understanding of planning tools (TM1, Anaplan, BPC, etc.) is a plus.KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESFocus and Approach: Demonstrates strong attention to detail in documentation efforts and training material preparation, continuously developing best practices for knowledge transfer.Project Management: Solid understanding of testing and project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).Coordination and Analyst mindset: Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities and manage workstreams and analyze data or test outcomes.Communication: Communicates clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders, with a willingness to adapt communication style as needed, both verbal and written.Collaboration and Teamwork: Works well within a team environment, actively contributes to shared goals, and supports colleagues in achieving common objectives.Time Management: Manages assigned tasks and deadlines effectively, prioritize work and balance multiple responsibilities.Proactivity: Takes initiative to identify and flag potential issues early, demonstrating eagerness to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
