Leading and developing the Delivery Lead team: Providing professional and people management leadership, defining responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations.Managing and improving the product development delivery system: Ensuring transparency of commitments, deadlines, dependencies, and risks, while monitoring and improving delivery performance.Coordinating critical development processes: Ensuring the effective execution of product development deliverables, production handovers, firmware and software releases, engineering changes, and L3 Support escalation processes.Driving process improvement and operational efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead times and rework, and implementing improvements that deliver measurable results.Enhancing Jira governance and reporting: Establishing standardized workflows, status models, dashboards, and data-driven reporting standards while simplifying Jira processes.Managing critical delivery challenges: Resolving risks and blockers, developing recovery plans, and facilitating collaboration across different functions.Supporting management decision-making: Providing transparent, reliable data and actionable recommendations to support portfolio, capacity, and prioritization decisions. A university degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in delivery management, program management, project management, engineering operations, or product development.A minimum of 3 years of leadership and people management experience, including managing teams of senior professionals or team leaders.Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes and their interdependencies.In-depth knowledge of Jira, workflow management, and reporting.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions.Confident leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.Fluent, professional working proficiency in English. Have experience working in a complex product development environment involving both hardware and software development.Have been involved in designing or transforming organization-wide delivery operating models.Have led process improvement initiatives based on Lean, Agile, or other methodologies.Have experience standardizing or simplifying Jira systems or implementing automated reporting solutions.Have a proven track record of managing complex cross-functional challenges and supporting management-level decision-making.Are familiar with production handover, release management, or product lifecycle management processes.
