Shape engineering quality across the CAPEX portfolio by setting clear professional standards and ensuring consistent engineering delivery across major projects.Lead and develop a team of 15–30 engineering professionals, including capability, resource and succession planning.Provide professional leadership throughout CAPEX project preparation and execution, from Basic Design / FEED through Detailed Design.Ensure technical solutions are feasible, cost-effective, constructible and schedule-aligned, while supporting the safe, reliable and long-term operation of production units.Secure the engineering capabilities and capacity required by the portfolios and proactively address resource or expertise gaps.Build and manage a high-performing network of engineering partners through structured qualification, performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
