Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulationsKey responsibility: development, implementation and administration of European Audit and Safety Documentation Database, risk matrix and integration of Dashboards (Power BI etc.)Ensure successful streamlining of current data and information systems and able to understand and prioritize safety related information and identify gaps in safety databaseSupport the organization ESG Strategy by improving its suppliers sustainability standards via the governance of sustainability audits and programmesPartner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teamsOpportunity to lead projects on reporting optimization of safety related crucial data and run reportingSupport the coordination of the Regional Safety Team eventsAs required, manage the alignment and agreement of SHE requirements and technical specifications with production sites and contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments analyticsSupport the execution of the European Henkel Safety Strategy by taking key contribution of digitalization projects Fluent English and Hungarian and comfortable to communicate with external experienced stakeholdersMin. 2 more semesters of active student status remainingStudies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment is an advantageFocused and well organized by dealing mass data management and data administrationBeing able to work with macros and excel, experience with Power BI are advantagesOptionally open to travel in case of join and participate audits and understand machinery environmentChemical engineering or other chemical studies is an advantageSAP knowledge is an advantage Flexible work scheme with flexible hours and hybrid working typeDiverse national and international growth opportunitiesGlobal wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programsMonthly meal allowance (25.000 HUF net) & monthly travel allowance (5.000 HUF net)Inclusive company culture and regular team building events10 paid holidaysSports Club At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
