Champion a strong culture of safety and security, ensuring it is embedded in every aspect of your work and deliveryDesign, develop, and enhance backend components and integrations that support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within the Supply, Trading & Shipping domainPartner closely with team members to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, contributing to a well-prioritized backlogCollaborate with third-party vendors and technologies (such as RSA) to continuously improve and extend IAM capabilitiesDrive high standards of reliability, performance, and stability by adhering to engineering guidelines, security principles, and architectural guidelinesProactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges, contributing to ongoing system and process improvementsDevelop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines to support knowledge sharing and long-term sustainability Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)Strong Java backend development skills and OOP knowledgeExperience with SQL/relational databases and Linux environmentsBackground in building and supporting applications & integrationsSolid problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutionsGood communication and collaboration across teamsKnowledge of clean coding, testing, and version controlAbility to manage priorities and deliver quality in a production environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenDesirable Criteria: Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is an advantageExperience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems or security-related applicationsExperience working in Agile or DevOps teamsExperience collaborating with distributed or vendor-supported teamsInterest in automation and continuous improvement Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageHybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needsOpportunity to build up long-term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsCelebrate in bp’s success.
