Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunitiesUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable cleanroom systems, equipment and servicesPrepare technical and commercial proposals with support from our engineering colleaguesParticipate in contract negotiations and prepare order confirmationsCoordinate commercial matters with clients, suppliers and our Headquarters in Croatia during project deliveryMonitor project costs, invoicing and contractual commitments together with the project teamSupport clients during the warranty period and aftersales activitiesContribute to sales forecasts and reports, preparing the project pipelines and sales plans Engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineer, or related technical field)At least 3 years of experience in project business, Technical Sales and similar positionsHungarian language skills for local client communication and strong English skills for working with international colleaguesThe ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearlyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantageProactive approach to developing business and building client relationships"B" category driving license and driving experienceFlexibility and willingness to travel domestically and abroad as per need Experience with cleanrooms, pharmaceutical production or healthcare projectsKnowledge of cleanroom requirements and standards in pharmaceutical production and the hospital sector is an advantage Company carBonus scheme upon reaching level of development of fully independent Sales EngineerCompany laptop and mobile phoneTechnical support from experienced colleagues from Headquarters in CroatiaOpportunities to work on Hungarian and international projectsProfessional learning and career development opportunitiesSupportive team and ownership of your client relationshipsMeaningful work with visible resultsLong term employment with an established international manufacturer
