Contribute to the development and continuous expansion of the polyol product portfolio in collaboration with customers, business partners and industry stakeholders.Lead and support R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and successful product commercialization.Drive product and process development activities, including laboratory scale-up work and technical support for manufacturing operations.Manage and develop the Production Process Development team while coordinating laboratory resources and technical activities.Build and strengthen Polyol R&D capabilities, including laboratory infrastructure, technical expertise and external collaboration networks.Support innovation initiatives, market-driven product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, efficiency and competitiveness.
