Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we are looking for a Junior Transaction Specialist to join our well established team in the Enterprise Transaction Center. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle by processing customer purchase orders, controlling contract changes, administering billing operations, and maintaining accurate customer data.Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133The successful candidate will be employed via a leasing agency.In this role you will: • Receive, check and verify Purchase Orders/Contracts issued by Customers, and enter key information of Purchase Orders/Contracts in system, ensure to improve PO processing efficiency.• Review Sales Contract/Order change applications, organize change review, to control change risks.• Receive and review billing support documents, submit and review billing applications to issue invoice to Customer.• Review the customer registration application to ensure the standardization and accuracy of basic customer data. As our ideal candidate, you will have: BSc Degree in business, marketing or other related field.Basic data analysis and summary capabilities, basic skills in contract comprehensive reading.Language: native in Hungarian, fluent in English, preferably C1 or C2Skill: Be familiar with Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
