Monitor developments in the FMCG and non-alcoholic beverage markets, as well as consumer trends, and identify business opportunities and risks.Analyze information from both internal and external data sources and translate findings into actionable business insights.Prepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations for various business functions.Support the Portfolio, Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams by answering ad hoc business questions and providing data-driven recommendations.Contribute insights that help shape commercial and marketing strategies.Collaborate with external market research partners and coordinate related administrative activities.Participate in projects that directly support business growth and strategic decision-making. WHY IS THIS ROLE EXCITING?You won’t just create reports - you’ll influence real business decisions.You’ll work closely with the Market Insight Manager and collaborate with a wide range of business functions.You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, from consumer behavior and market trends to commercial performance. Hold a university degree or are currently pursuing higher education studies.Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment.Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.Possess advanced Excel skills and feel comfortable working with large datasets.Enjoy uncovering patterns and relationships behind the numbers and turning data into meaningful business recommendations.Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to ask questions and seek answers.Work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Can successfully manage multiple priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Experience working in an FMCG environment.Experience in market research, consumer insights, business analytics, or a related field.Knowledge of NielsenIQ, YouGov, or other market research databases.Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, or data visualization tools.
