Prepare and present strategic insights by creating reports, analyses, and presentations that support Downstream senior management in decision-making.Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and benchmarking opportunities that drive business planning and operational improvements.Lead Downstream-wide projects by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements across Downstream functions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Facilitate communication and engagement by preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless information flow within the organization. Educational Background: You have a Master's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Technical or Economics).Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge, at least 3-5 years of experience in business support, project coordination, financial analysis, communication or a similar role within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.Skills & Mindset: Fluent in English; additional languages (Hungarian, Croatian, Slovak etc.) are an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Excellent organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP, Power BI, Canva, Slido, or similar tools is a plus.
