Join our 9-member Hungarian team and support our colleagues with your knowledge and expertise.We would like you to: Creates, maintains, stops user access for employeesEnsures security through permissions and access rights for employeesManages user and network securityEvaluates existing software and hardwareResearches, recommends and purchases new software and hardwarePerforms routine updates if automatic updates are not availableInstalls and maintains new software and hardware (desktop PC, laptop, printer, mobile and network devices)Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segmentsPotentially install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services, settingsManages licensesSupervises hardware compliancySupports employees based on requests in ticketing toolSupervises approval flow for employee requests in ticketing toolSupports employees locally and with remote accessRelocates employees / departmentsResearch and recommend innovative automated approaches for system administration tasksKeeps the asset management tool up to dateCreates installation manualsUpdates Service Desk knowledgebaseCreates documentation for employee trainingProvides training for employees for new software and hardwareKeeps documentation up to date for new employees / onboardingTakes part / leads projects in IT supportMaintains contact with suppliersSupervises 3rd party (construction) workParticipate in GMP / GXP trainingsProvides on call duty to cover different shiftsOur main location is our production site on Maglódi Street 6, with support also required at our Kerepesi Street 52 and Tóth Árpád Street 4. sites 1–2 times per month.
