Position DescriptionType: Full-time job (40 hours/week).Contract: Fixed-term (1 year), with potential for extension or transition to permanent contract based on performance.Working schedule will be up to flight operation day.ResponsibilitiesFlight operations and working with passenger service systems such as Reservations, Check-in, Ticketing, Departure Control etc. Act as a bridge between partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external entities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Ensure smooth passenger flow by providing exceptional customer service and support across all customer touchpoints.Responsibilities may include various and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
