Lead and support decommissioning and customer migration projects, identifying and mitigating legal, regulatory and commercial risks associated with service withdrawals and transitions.Review customer agreements, analyse relevant business and contractual data, and provide commercially pragmatic legal advice to support project objectives.Draft, review and negotiate customer agreements and transition arrangements to facilitate migration from legacy services to strategic alternatives.Prepare legal risk assessments, governance papers and project updates, supporting project teams in risk management and mitigation activities.Collaborate with Regulatory, Commercial, Product and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation and decommissioning initiatives.Contribute to process improvements, deliver legal training to stakeholders and support the development of junior team members. Degree in law6+ years' experience in commercial legal/contract management roleFluent English knowledge (both written and oral)Strong communication and negotiation skillStakeholder management skillsAccuracy in workAssist with the development of new practices and processes, and shares best practicesBar exam is an advantage Advanced negotiation of bespoke global commercial and telecommunications agreements.Strategic contract-risk assessment and mitigation.Development and optimisation of end-to-end contracting processes.Legal support for product development, acquisitions and disposals.Telecommunications regulatory reporting and regulatory project management.Cross-functional influencing within an international organisation.Creation of reusable legal know-how, precedent materials and contract templates.Delivery of training on contractual concepts, processes and negotiation practices.
