The Multilingual Customer & Technical Support Specialist supports consumers and dealers with product enquiries, service and warranty information, parts and accessories, order-related questions, and first-line technical guidance. The role focuses on understanding each enquiry, providing accurate information using approved resources, resolving issues where possible, and coordinating appropriate follow-up.Key responsibilities: Handle inbound, email, chat consumer and dealer interactions related to product information, usage, troubleshooting, warranty, service, and complaints.Understand consumer and dealer concerns, diagnose basic product issues, and provide accurate guidance using approved knowledge resources.Guide consumer and dealer on warranty processes, service requirements, and authorized dealer support, as applicable.Create and update cases, document interactions, and ensure accurate disposition in client systems.Coordinate with internal teams for query, complaint or case resolutions.Resolve queries at first contact wherever possible and escalate complex technical or safety-related issues to the appropriate team.Meet defined KPIs for consumer and dealer satisfaction, First Contact Resolution (FCR), quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the other required language (German or Italian or French).Customer service orientation, active listening, and problem-solving ability.Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM and knowledge-management tools.Willingness to learn products, customer service processes, and warranty policies.Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant customer service experience.
