Perform independent reviews ("cold eye reviews") of project materials, identifying inconsistencies, missing information, and opportunities for improvement.Support project teams in enhancing the quality and completeness of project approval materials.Organize and coordinate Quality Assurance Review (QAR) meetings, prepare related documentation, record outcomes, and manage associated governance administration throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain and monitor the assigned project portfolio, including project status, milestones, approvals, and key project information.Ensure transparent, accurate, and up-to-date project portfolio information.Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, portfolio tracking methodologies, and governance processes.Collaborate closely with project managers, business representatives, finance professionals, and other stakeholders to support effective information flow and timely decision-making.Provide support for ad hoc portfolio analyses and management requests.Prepare regular portfolio and governance reports for management and stakeholders.Collect, validate, and consolidate project-related data from various business units. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, portfolio management, reporting, or a similar role.Experience in an international business environment is an advantage.Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (formulas, Pivot Tables, reporting).Project portfolio management skills.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian.Strong presentation skills.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to draw conclusions and insights from data and reports.Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Downstream operations.Familiarity with MOL Group business processes.Understanding of project economics and controlling principles.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.Think-Cell knowledge.Financial reporting experience.Strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset.
