Proven experience in customer complaint handling, audit management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Proficient in data analysis, problem solving, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
