Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, access, password, and application-related issues.Support users via phone, email, chat, and remote support tools.Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve incidents whenever possible.Escalate more complex issues to specialist support teams when needed.Manage support tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.Work closely with international teams to support business operations.Follow established processes, procedures, and service level agreements. Fluent Russian and good English skills.High school diploma required; university studies are an advantage.Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, IT Support, or Customer Support role.Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Interest in technology and helping users resolve technical issues. Full-time position (40 hours per week)Permanent employment contractWorking arrangements vary across our teams and may include hybrid or largely remote working opportunities.
