Customer Service:  First point of contact to Chinese Customers’ Logistics DepartmentsBe a link between Customer and DSV Operational Team, supporting the daily operational flowsAct as an escalation point for Chinese customersEnsures correct information/communication flow between Customers and internal stakeholders (eg.: problem solving / claims)Supports fast resolution of invoicing issues / cash collection Business development:  Establish a strong network within DSV: with key operational and commercial contacts in Hungary and ChinaEstablish relationship with Chinese accounts, both in Hungary and ChinaBuild a pipeline with these accounts: air, sea, customs (additionally road or even warehousing)Work out solutions and present those to potential customersSupport pricing/RFQ processesDocument all activities in MS DynamicsImplement new businessesAct as account manager for customers with new businesses Fluent knowledge of Chinese and EnglishMinimum 3-4 years of Customer Service and Sales experience in freight forwardingStrong commercial focus, customer orientedAbility to work independently with strong self-motivation      Modern, easily accessible office locationSupportive team working in a very pleasant atmoshereSZÉP Card allowanceAYCM contribution2 days Home Office per weekLoyalty Reward in every 5 years of service including financial compensation and extra holidays
