Ensure Customer Careline Support: Handling of careline/social media service provider inquiries, temporary processing of fuel complaints, support in litigation procedures with external and internal lawyers, and drafting of text modules for careline/social media service providers.Energy cost management: Booking of electricity invoices for retail stations as well as registration and de-registration of electricity meters, depending on decap/NTIs.Compliance & controls: Execution of Counterparty Due Diligence checks for new retail sites as well as ongoing controls for existing partners, in line with internal requirements.Financial administration: Handling of fuel sales/purchases of residual volumes during service station takeovers or transfers. Preparation of the purchase agreement. Processing of payments in SAP. Monitoring of incoming transfers.Accounting & payments: Creation of POs and approval of LEBs after review, booking of non-PO invoices, and administration of pension contributions for service station partners. Completion of transfer forms for customer payments.Contract & communication support: Management of service station card topics (SPA for contracts, controlling, and communication).Systems & vendor management: Creation and maintenance of vendor records in SAP.•Maintenance of the E&C register.
