Are you ready to take ownership of the performance and development of a network of MOHITO stores?In this role, you will oversee 14 MOHITO stores in Hungary, as well as one store in Greece and two in Bosnia and Herzegovina, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across multiple markets.What would your responsibilities be?We believe that clear expectations are key to success. Here’s what you can expect to take ownership of: · Implementing MOHITO’s sales strategy across the assigned store network and ensuring sales targets are achieved within budget· Ensuring consistent brand standards, visual identity, and an outstanding customer experience across all stores· Building, developing, and motivating a strong, skilled, and results-driven store management team· Monitoring KPIs and store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving actions to deliver result· Coordinating the opening of new stores and ensuring smooth collaboration between Store Managers and central LPP teams· Ensuring effective cooperation between stores and back-office departments to streamline operations and improve business results What are we looking for in you?We are seeking a new team member to take on the role of Regional Sales Manager. Beyond adaptability and a positive mindset, we expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills: · Proven experience in a regional role within any related industry, or at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager· Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills, with a proactive and consistent approach· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment· Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations· Willingness and availability to travel nationwide· Intermediate English proficiency and native-level Hungarian· Valid Category B driving license What we offerWe believe great people deserve great benefits.
