Prepare, coordinate, and continuously enhance Group-level HR and compensation reporting. Conduct compensation analyses, internal and external pay positioning reviews, and market benchmarking studies based on Korn Ferry salary survey data. Support and further develop Job Architecture, grading structures, salary bands, and pay transparency practices. Support annual salary review, incentive planning, and workforce cost budgeting processes. Participate in compensation benchmarking activities, evaluate market trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Maintain and continuously improve compensation-related policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks. Operate, develop, and enhance HR dashboards, analytics solutions, and management reporting. Deliver regular and ad hoc people analytics focused on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, workforce costs, compensation, and other key workforce metrics. Support HR Business Partners and business leaders with data-driven insights, HR KPIs, and evidence-based decision-making. Transform complex HR data into clear and actionable business insights and recommendations. Contribute to the automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of reporting and data management processes. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Controlling, Payroll, and Group Compensation stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Controlling, or HR Reporting. Strong analytical mindset and advanced data analysis capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Practical experience with compensation benchmarking methodologies and Korn Ferry salary survey data. Solid understanding of compensation structures, salary bands, grading methodologies, and pay transparency principles. Practical experience with Korn Ferry Job Architecture and job evaluation methodologies. Experience working with HR reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions. Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented way of working. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in an international or Group-level HR reporting and compensation environment. Experience supporting reporting automation, workforce analytics, or HR data transformation initiatives. Advanced Power BI or other business intelligence tool expertise. Knowledge of labour law and compensation-related regulatory frameworks.
