Support plant Lean deployment and KPI achievement.Coordinate Lean reporting, training records, and continuous improvement activities.Facilitate Lean maturity assessments and problem-solving initiatives.Deliver Lean training and support shopfloor management practices.Lead local improvement projects to optimize productivity, quality, and material flow. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.1-3 years of manufacturing experience.Lean fundamentals (5S, Standard Work, TPM, VSM, A3, TWI).Basic problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 5 Why, 8D).KPI reporting and data analysis.Shopfloor Management (SFM) support.MS Office and basic digital tools.Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt certification is considered an advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Self-driven and adaptable to change.Organized with good time management.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and under pressureEnglish and Hungarian working proficiency Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt certification is considered an advantage Stable company backgroundFull of challenges and high-level professional activities at a German companyCompetitive salary and performance-related bonusCafeteria with optional elementsMeal supportCommuting supportVery good team
