Lead the day-to-day operation of the Technology department and manage a team of approximately 30 employees through 4 Shift Leaders/Lead Operators.Ensure the stable and efficient operation of production technology processes, including water treatment and syrup preparation systems.Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance through data-driven decision making.Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing operation.Manage operational challenges, escalations, and root cause analyses.Foster effective communication and collaboration across shifts and departments.Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and service providers.Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee development.
