Broaden your horizon (literally) by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing Global Talent Acquisition functionProactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH regionUtilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategyConduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitDeliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring ManagersEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stagesPartner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelinesAct as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environmentStrong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagementExperience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screeningsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategiesAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluent in German and English We value your time off, through flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.Receive an annual, performance-based bonus for your hard work.We empower you with learning and development opportunities to grow your career.
