Manage customer accounts and support collections activities to keep accounts receivable up to date.Communicate with B2B customers and banks via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in cooperation with internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions in SAP.Support reporting activities and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures. Relevant vocational, technical, or higher education.Previous experience in customer service, finance administration, accounts receivable, or collections is an advantage.Basic understanding of finance or credit administration processes.Experience working with SAP is an advantage.Strong communication skills in German and good working knowledge of English.Ability to work independently while following established procedures.Good attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
