Organize and coordinate maintenance activities across production lines.Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for the shift maintenance team.Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manage related purchase requests.Monitor, analyze, and report equipment downtime and production line stoppages.Investigate root causes of failures and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate the resolution of technical issues raised by production teams.Manage, prioritize, and track maintenance and improvement requests recorded in the TPM system.Support continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement projects.Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and other support functions.Take responsibility for maintenance support of assigned production lines. Hold a university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment within maintenance or production support functions.Have knowledge of production technologies and maintenance processes.Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Have experience in planning and coordinating technical or maintenance activities.Possess communicative English language skills.Are confident in using Microsoft Office applications.Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
