Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the raw material warehouse.Ensuring continuous raw material supply to support production activities.Leading, developing, and motivating a warehouse team of approximately 21 employees.Planning warehouse resources and capacity effectively.Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels.Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency within warehouse processes.Collaborating closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Intralogistics teams.Tracking KPIs and supporting the achievement of business objectives.Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards and procedures. Several years of experience in warehouse logistics or warehousing operations.At least 4-5 years of experience leading operational teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.The ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
