Shape the future of construction innovation in Hungary by driving high impact engineering solutions that influence some of the market’s most iconic projects. You will partner closely with specifiers, project leaders, and internal stakeholders to elevate Hilti’s presence and technical authority. This role exists to develop future engineering leaders for Hilti combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and a clear path toward broader leadership roles. You will make construction safer, more productive, and more sustainable for our customers.Lead technical specification work with project owners, consultants, and contractors to position Hilti solutions early in the design phase.Develop and execute engineering strategies that drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and elevate Hilti’s technical credibility.Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver end to end project impact from design to execution.Visit assigned specifiers, customer offices and construction projects regularly to identify opportunities to specify and use of Hilti software, services and products.Provide technical support, training and advice to engineers and the sales team on all available software, services and productsSteer technical discussions, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.
