Looking for a challenging new role and career development as a;INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVEIf the answer is yes, then Future Electronics wants to hear from you!We are currently looking to employe an Inside Sales Representative in Budapest.What the role involves: The prime responsibility of the role is to develop business relationships with current and potential customers. This involves the ability to effectively communicate either on an individual level or as part of an internal/external partnership in order to negotiate with the customer to achieve the opportunity to quote and close on business. Whilst the majority of the role requires the ability to maintain and grow existing business there is also a need to develop new accounts and build new relationships. The ability to multi-task and work within deadlines whilst observing the company’s standard operating sales practices is a fundamental key.What the role involves: Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with a number of customer accounts.Qualify the quote / bill of material in line with corporate guidelines and work with the marketing departments to determine effective pricing and delivery to ensure the booking of the businessUndertake daily proactive call out to customers within dedicated branch / regionUtilise the sales tools available to maximise productivity and performance such as but not limited to Customer DashboardProactively sell to the external customer.Comply with all sales processes in relation to standard operating procedures.Work effectively with the assigned external Strategic Account Manager in order to maximise customer opportunities and handle any communications received in a professional mannerDevelop effective working relationships with internal departments e.g. Marketing and CreditUndertakes regular communication with the line manager and actively prepares for annual and bi-annual appraisals Educated to a high standard, preferable but not essentialBe a self-starter, very focused on achieving the end resultFluent in Hungarian and EnglishClear communication and interpersonal skillsAptitude to develop commercial and business acumenHighly organised, able to work under pressure and detail orientatedAble to work under own initiative and as member of a team Experience into sales roleKnowledge about electronics industry We know our employees are what make us great, that's why we constantly develop and motivate our talent with world class organizational development in order to learn and achieve our goals together Successful applicants will gain a highly competitive salary, full training and a range of benefits.
