Lead Vodafone’s global trade compliance transformation programme, ensuring alignment with Group strategy.Design and implement a harmonised trade compliance operating model across Group and Local Markets.Embed trade compliance controls into core systems, tools, and data platforms to enable technology-led compliance.Ensure alignment with UK, EU, US, and international trade and sanctions regulations, managing Group-level risk.Partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Supply Chain, Technology, Legal, and Local Markets to drive adoption and ownership.Lead change management activities, including communications, training, and capability uplift across markets.Establish sustainable business-as-usual ownership, monitor regulatory developments, and drive continuous improvement of the trade compliance framework. You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade compliance within a multi-jurisdictional environment.You have strong knowledge of trade compliance, sanctions, and export control systems and the data that underpins them.You demonstrate good working knowledge of UK, EU, and US export control requirements.You have at least 3 years’ experience in project or programme management, with a proven track record of delivery to time and budget.You are confident in influencing and engaging stakeholders across geographies and cultures.You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.You are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.You hold a degree in law, accounting, programme management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.An internationally recognised trade compliance or sanctions qualification (for example, ICA Diploma) is a strong advantage. Advanced programme leadership in global trade compliance transformation.Practical application of technology and data to embed compliance controls.Strategic stakeholder engagement across complex, matrixed organisations.Managing regulatory change and embedding sustainable operating models at enterprise level.
