Here’s what you can expect to take ownership of: · Implementing RESERVED’s sales strategy across the assigned store network and ensuring sales targets are achieved within budget· Ensuring consistent brand standards, visual identity, and an outstanding customer experience across all stores· Building, developing, and motivating a strong, skilled, and results-driven store management team· Supporting Regional Visual Merchandisers to maintain and strengthen RESERVED’s visual identity· Monitoring KPIs and store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving actions to deliver result· Coordinating the opening of new stores and ensuring smooth collaboration between Store Managers and central LPP teams· Ensuring effective cooperation between stores and back-office departments to streamline operations and improve business results What are we looking for in you?We are seeking a new team member to take on the role of Regional Sales Manager. Beyond adaptability and a positive mindset, we expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills: · Proven experience in a regional role within the fashion industry, or at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Regional Visual Merchandiser· Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills, with a proactive and consistent approach· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment· Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations· Willingness and availability to travel nationwide· Intermediate English proficiency and native-level Hungarian· Valid Category B driving license What we offer?We believe great people deserve great benefits.
