Handle procurement procedures for small- and medium-sized projects, including preparation of tender documentation, contract negotiations and management, supplier relationship management and support for evaluation committees.Execute procurement processes with precision and play a key role in turning category strategies into real business results.Monitor market developments, innovations and technology trends.Prepare status reports on sourcing activities.Securing that the procesess are delivered on time in the most optimal way.Ensure onboarding and qualification of suppliers. Have a university degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or similar study field.Speak English and Hungarian at a good communicative level (minimum B2).Slovak language skills are an advantage, but not required.Have at least 1 year of office experience in a multinational environment.Are proficient in using MS Office with strong MS Excel skill.Possess strong analytical thinking and communication skills.Are goal-oriented and eager to learn.Hold a valid category B driving licence.Have user knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, or any other ERP system (a plus, but not required).
