Manage day-to-day operational activities across projects, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timing, and financial performance (P&L)Lead the operational start-up and ramp-up of new projects, defining manpower, equipment, and processesAct as the key technical and operational interface for OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customer quality departmentsOversee and coordinate customer claim management and structured problem-solving processes (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)Prepare manpower and operational cost calculations to support commercial quotations and proposalsMonitor operational KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality, response time) and maintain executive dashboardsEstablish operational standards, control plans, inspection standards, and work instructionsDrive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and support process digitalization and AI adoption to improve efficiencyEnsure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable HSE regulations Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related technical fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality Engineering or Operations (OEM / Tier 1 supplier environment)Fluent Hungarian and professional business English communication skillsStrong hands-on knowledge of automotive quality problem-solving tools (8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, CAPA)ISO 9001 standard proficiency and process auditing experienceProven track record in team management, project start-ups, or containment/rework project managementStrong financial and business acumen (costing, budget/profitability monitoring, KPI management)Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-oriented leadership skillsAdvanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) and Power BI experience Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standardsExpertise in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP), Lean Management, or Six SigmaExperience in Resident Engineering or Supplier Quality Management (SQM)Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for reporting and analytics Competitive compensation package including company car, laptop, and mobile phoneOpportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Aktrion Hungary’s operational footprintProfessional development, training programs, and participation in international projects and conferencesDynamic work environment with high-level exposure to major automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliersSupport for modern work methodologies, digitalization, and AI-assisted operational solutions
