DANUTEK Hungary Kft., a company specializing in the distribution of SMT industrial manufacturing equipment is seeking a sales support specialist to be responsible for the comprehensive management, administration, and tracking of the ordering process for the products distributed by our company.Main responsibilities: Inside sales support and communicationMaintaining active, day-to-day contact with the employer’s business partners (suppliers and customers)Preparing quotes and optimizing pricingProcessing and confirming ordersManaging shipments (logistics coordination)Customs clearance (in cooperation with customs brokers and shipping companies)Compiling, organizing, and managing all documentation related to the ordering processTracking service work and coordinating schedules with the service managerOrdering and procuring promotional materials Minimum high school diplomaProficiency in spoken and written English (fluent, B2 level—business-level proficiency; 90% of communication with partners takes place in English)Knowledge of and confidence in using office software (Microsoft Office suite)A college degree and experience in a similar position are a plusWe do not require a specific degree; the job tasks can be learned.
