You will serve as a key finance partner supporting Group-level target setting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management, helping translate strategic objectives into measurable financial and non-financial targets while improving planning and controlling processes across MOL Group. Drive Group-Level Planning, Budgeting, and Controlling ProcessesMaintain and continuously enhance MOL Group’s budgeting system, planning models, processes, and supporting functionalities used for target setting and planning.Contribute to target setting, budgeting, forecasting, sensitivity analyses, and ad-hoc planning tasks.Develop premise proposals and collect a consistent Group-wide premises set for target setting, budgeting, and forecasting.Work closely with Segment Finance and Back Office Controlling teams to ensure aligned processes, reliable inputs, and timely delivery.Support the efficient utilization of Group resources through transparent planning and controlling tools.Help shape and promote a strong cash focus across Group-level planning and performance management.Contribute to Group Performance Management and Decision SupportCoordinate the preparation of MOL Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual actual reports.Manage and control Group-level balance sheet analyses for plan, forecast, and actual periods, with particular focus on working capital items.Prepare independent financial and business analyses, sensitivity assessments, and comprehensive solution alternatives for management decision-making.Prepare and coordinate the quarterly impairment calculation process for the subsidiaries in scope.Represent Group Controlling Steering and Sustainability Finance in controlling, finance, and cross-functional business projects across MOL Group. We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities, accuracy in data interpretation and reporting, broad business understanding, process ownership, and effective stakeholder management, and is motivated to support management decision-making through high-quality Group-level controlling. Required qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, planning, reporting, financial analysis, or a related finance area.Excellent understanding of corporate and business processes and sound knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations.Experience in planning, reporting, controlling, or financial analysis is considered an advantage.Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ThinkCell, SAP and BI system knowledge is an advantage.Experience in ESG or sustainability finance is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in cross-functional or international cooperation and stakeholder coordination.Fluent English, both written and spoken. Why This Role Matters Effective Group-level planning and performance management are essential for translating MOL Group’s strategic objectives into measurable targets and informed business decisions.
