Your goal is simple: understand the problem, find the right solution and provide a professional customer experience.Your daily responsibilities will include: Handling customer and partner enquiries via phone and emailProviding customer service and first-line technical supportTroubleshooting issues and investigating queries when the solution is not immediately availableProviding clear and accurate information about products and servicesFollowing up on ongoing cases and keeping customers informed about their progressEscalating more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessaryKeeping customer and case information accurate and up to dateWorking closely with colleagues and other support teamsFollowing internal processes, quality standards, and data privacy requirements What are we looking for?You could be a good fit if you: Have a good command of spoken and written EnglishEnjoy communicating with people and helping them solve problemsHave strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAre patient, customer-focused and able to communicate professionallyCan work both independently and as part of a teamAre comfortable using Microsoft Office applicationsHave at least a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in Customer Service, BPO, Technical Support or a similar environment is an advantage, but relevant skills, motivation and a customer-focused mindset are also important.Experience with CRM systems is also an advantage.
