Build trusted partnerships with leaders across your assigned business areas and become their first point of contact for people-related matters.Improve the quality and consistency of talent reviews, succession discussions and development planning across your client groups.Ensure all identified talents have meaningful Individual Development Plans and that development actions are actively followed through.Support leaders in conducting higher-quality performance, career and development conversations.Drive the successful implementation of engagement action plans and contribute to a positive employee experience.Ensure employee relations matters are managed effectively, consistently and in compliance with labor legislation and company policies.Strengthen data quality, reporting accuracy and documentation standards across key people processes.Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Payroll, Rewards and People Services teams to continuously improve the employee lifecycle experience. 5-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist role.Proven experience partnering with line managers and influencing business stakeholders.Strong employee relations and Hungarian labor law knowledge.Experience in managing talent, performance and development processes.Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.A structured, process-oriented approach combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.The resilience and adaptability to support a dynamic business environment.University degree in Business, Human Resources,   Psychology or a related field.
