Your responsibilitiesRecord and maintain all business transactions in fixed asset accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including the recording of asset additions and disposalsRecord and capitalize development costs, including fixed asset register maintenancePrepare and record investment subsidies and grantsReconcile investment and capital expenditure costsPrepare and post monthly depreciationReport on balance-sheet fixed assets as part of month-end and year-end closing activities, including internal and external group reporting (monthly data entry in SAP@KONS)Provide support for annual financial statement audits and tax auditsCoordinate regularly with other departments on investment-related mattersPrepare and maintain the investment reportTake on additional tasks and responsibilities in other areas of Accounting & Risk, as required Strong finance and accounting background, with solid SAP knowledge and practical experienceGood command of English, both written and spokenSolid understanding of fixed asset accounting and financial accounting processesStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently, accurately and in a structured mannerStrong communication and coordination skills, particularly in cross-functional collaborationA proactive and responsible approach to identifying and resolving issues
