Take responsibility for the life cycle management of the hand tool portfolio from product development and market launch to product maintenance and product schedulingContinuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring relevant insights are shared across the organizationInitiate voice of customer initiatives to assess the potential of new product ideas and innovationsSupport and oversee innovation projects, ensuring timely and effective project managementCollaborate with the Marketing Team to develop product documentation and launch materialsCollaborate with the Sales Team to advise on customer projects and portfolio strategies, and to deliver insightful reportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date master data for all relevant productsParticipation in trade fairs Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, (industrial) engineering or comparable qualificationFirst experience in product or program managementExcellent knowledge of all MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPointFlexible, open-minded and with passion for toolsProactive, structured and stress resilient with attention to detailTravelling up to 20%Fluent in English & Hungarian (another language is a plus) Experience with SAP and PIM systems is a plus Competitive Salary13th month salaryCafeteriaTeam-Building activitiesHealth & Sports benefitsInternational environmentOpportunities for further training and developmentHome Office possibility (2 days/week)
