Your future tasks will be…As an AP Quality Control Specialist, you will help ensure consistent, high-quality Accounts Payable processes across the countries in scope.You will work in close partnership with AP stakeholders, using data, process insight, and a continuous improvement mindset to support quality standards, automation, and change initiatives in a global finance environment.On a daily basis: Perform quality checks across AP activities, including posting quality, email quality, tax key reconciliation, block removal reporting, Smart Buy review, and monthly vendor statement reconciliationPrepare, comment on, and present the monthly AP Quality Dashboard pack to managementAnalyse AP control and monitoring data, identify trends, knowledge gaps, and improvement opportunitiesSupport yearly audit activities and ensure findings are followed up and resolved effectivelyDrive initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, cycle times, and overall AP performance metricsUse automation tools, including AI where appropriate, to reduce manual and repetitive workCollaborate with stakeholders, peers, AP management, and process owners to solve complex issues and improve ways of workingPromote a culture of continuous improvement, open feedback, learning from mistakes, and proactive problem solvingSupport change management initiatives and process improvements during migrations and BAU periodsAct in line with company policies, procedures, information security requirements, and fraud prevention expectations You are the ideal candidate if...
