Design and construct control systems for single devices and/or specific functions of electrical machinery and equipment on the shop floor involving PLCs (programmable logic controllers)Provide day-to-day support for shop floor PLCs and related hardware, software, and applications (example – labeling)Implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completionRespond to the needs and questions of shop floor users concerning their access and use of shop-floor PLC applications, applications issues, and training needsDetect failures/errors, analyze root causes and develop as well as establish adequate solutionsEffectively communicate issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical personnelRemain abreast of changes in the user and system software and hardware requirementsMaintain proper barcode labeling for identification and RF usage (labels generated by PLCs)Train end-users and maintain proper documentation with PLC’s and other related shop-floor applicationsUnderstand and comply with IATF 16949 requirements.Participate in launching serial production. Act as part of the team providing support during the plant operation Bachelor’s degree in a technical field Min. 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced know-how in electronicsSiemens Step 7 skills (hard- and software)Experienced with PLC Programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC) and specialty Programming (Robot, Camera System, Servo Press, etc.)Demonstrated teamwork-orientation, communication and analytical thinking skillsStrong computer skills in Microsoft Software and Database SoftwareEnglish and Hungarian language knowledge at working proficiency level Stable company background and long-term working possibilityFull of challenges and high-level professional activities at a German companyGreat team.
