We are looking for a Multi-property Associate Relations Executive to join our Human Resources team who is passionate about people, workplace culture, and create an exceptional associate experience across our Marriott properties.In this role, you will be supporting employee relations, engagement, workplace culture, and the consistent application of Marriott policies and standards across multiple properties.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a positive associate experience, act as ambassador of Marriott’s culture and core values.Partner with operational leaders across multiple properties to identify and address workplace engagement trends and opportunities.Initiate and support associate engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that strengthen the overall employee experience.Promoting activities and initiatives, finding and using fresh and creative ways as internal communication form.Support and ensure HR practices and employee relations processes are aligned with company policies, local employment legislation, and Marriott standards.Maintain accurate and confidential records relating to employee relations cases and HR activities.Support training and communication initiatives for leaders and associates on HR policies, workplace conduct, and employee relations.Move between properties as required and build strong relationships with associates and leadership teams across the properties. Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creativity.An energetic, open, cheerful outlook, calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused personality.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across several properties.High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.A genuine passion for hospitality and creating outstanding associate experience through connecting with our associates. similar work experience within the hospitality industry At Marriott International, our associates are at the heart of everything we do.
