We are now looking for an experienced Governance Enablement Operational Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the high-quality delivery of HR IT solutions and processes.In this role, you will combine people leadership with hands-on operational expertise. You will lead a team of 11 professionals across Quality Assurance, Process Excellence and Data Management, while ensuring that HR IT solutions delivered by implementation partners meet business requirements, quality standards and compliance expectations. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 10 employees across Quality Assurance, Process Excellence and Data ManagementEnsure high-quality delivery and adherence to Quality Assurance standardsConduct regular 1: 1 meetings, performance discussions, goal setting, annual appraisals and development planningFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring system changes meet business requirements.Assess and validate the impact of HR and payroll system changes across end-to-end processes.Manage defects, testing results, and release readiness recommendations to support high-quality deployments.Maintain testing documentation, standards, and knowledge records to drive consistency and improvement.Partner with developers, HR stakeholders, change managers, and operations teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
