Support the execution of annual and long-term maintenance plans (CAPEX & OPEX).Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with local teams in line with Group standards and local regulations.Develop and update maintenance procedures, checklists, and technical documentation.Monitor asset performance using KPIs; prepare reports and support benchmarking.Assist in the operation of maintenance-related IT systems (e.g., CMMS, ERP).Participate in supplier evaluations and contract renewals.Provide technical input for equipment and technology tenders.Track and escalate maintenance issues and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate maintenance feedback into asset design.Support audits, compliance checks, and HSE-related maintenance activities.
