Monitor production plans, demand forecasts, stock levels Convert system requirements into purchase orders Place and manage orders for direct materials Track order confirmations, delivery dates and quantities Follow up with suppliers on open orders, delays, shortages Manage delivery deviations and escalate critical supply risks Act as daily operational contact for suppliers Work closely with production planning to adjust order priorities Support inventory optimization (avoid shortages and overstock) College degree (BSc) or equivalent in relevant fields such as Economy, Business Min. 3-5 years occupational experience within direct (raw material) purchasing area SAP, M365 user level (esp.
