Monitor and coordinate the flow of returnable packaging and containers between the company and suppliers.Act as the key user for the container management system, including: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data.Providing training and support for new users.Initiating and coordinating issue resolution with the software provider.Perform regular stock accuracy checks, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and prepare reports.Manage claims related to damaged containers and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.Identify and drive process improvement and optimization opportunities within the plant.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and software developers to ensure the effective resolution of system and operational issues. Minimum secondary education, preferably vocational training as Forwarding Merchant and Customs specialistMin. 3 years of professional experience in customs clearanceSound understanding of local applicable laws, regulations, procedures as well as legal standards & codesAbility to liaise with people of all professional levelSolid computer skills in MS Office and SAPWorking proficiency in English and Hungarian Experience in empties management software (BinMan)
